Agent matching — introduction to Estate Florida agents or affiliated brokers
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

IMPORTANT: Property listings are sourced from the Florida MLS and licensed data providers. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:
Listing information may be incomplete, contain errors, or be out of date
All property information must be independently verified before relying on it
Property availability, pricing, and condition are subject to change without notice
Square footage, lot sizes, and room counts may differ from actual measurements
Estate Florida makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Palm Beach County, Florida. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
