Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our current conformance status: Partially conformant — we are actively working to address identified gaps.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements — navigation menus, search filters, property listings, and contact forms — can be operated by keyboard alone.

Screen Reader Compatibility

Our site is built with semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for compatibility with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver screen readers.

Visual Design

  • Color contrast ratios meet WCAG minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)

  • Text resizes up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

  • Information is not conveyed by color alone

Forms

All form fields have visible labels, programmatically associated with their inputs. Required fields and error messages are clearly identified.

Navigation

  • Skip navigation links allow bypassing repetitive content

  • Consistent, predictable navigation across all pages

  • Descriptive page titles on every page

Images

All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes.

Maps

An accessible text listing of all displayed properties is available as an alternative to the interactive map.
